BHDD-OIDD's Helpdesk is staffed from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Monday through Friday. BHDD-OIDD makes every effort to
ensure that web applications are available during
these business hours, and whenever possible otherwise.
However, BHDD-OIDD does not monitor these applications
during non-business hours and cannot guarantee
availability. Regular maintenance periods (shown below)
are also required to ensure correct operation
of the applications.
The times listed below are not a comprehensive list of potential down-times for BHDD-OIDD applications. Other downtime may occur with or without notice. BHDD-OIDD attempts to notify users of non-standard downtime as soon as we are aware of it, but such notification is not always possible. |

| Periodically | Individual applications may periodically become unavailable to allow for deployment of new features and fixes/improvements. Such deployments usually only occur after 5:00 PM. |
