DSN's Helpdesk is staffed from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Monday through Friday. DDSN makes every effort to
ensure that web applications are available during
these business hours, and whenever possible otherwise.
However, DDSN does not monitor these applications
during non-business hours and cannot guarantee
availability. Regular maintenance periods (shown below)
are also required to ensure correct operation
of the applications.
The times listed below are not a comprehensive list of potential down-times for DDSN applications. Other downtime may occur with or without notice. DDSN attempts to notify users of non-standard downtime as soon as we are aware of it, but such notification is not always possible.

|Database maintenance window - DDSN web applications available to but unable to connect to database. Users may receive "unexpected errors."|
|Periodically||Individual applications may periodically become unavailable to allow for deployment of new features and fixes/improvements. Such deployments usually only occur after 5:00 PM.|
